    About the Strategy Team:

    We are a diverse bunch of thinkers: Brand Planners and Data Planners, Digital and Social Strategists, Communication Planners and Experience Designers.

    We are on the lookout for a Strategist to help us present beautifully simple strategies that help and inspire our clients.


    We want you to uncover opportunities, lead thinking, and capture both audience needs/insights and the clients’ goals, your work will drive truly digital innovation.


     This position was created for proactive, strategic thinkers that can identify and solve our clients’ problems. You will support the strategy directors on the account, along side working on various projects. We want srategists who can pioneer within a department that is continually looking to advance, innovate, improve and learn from each other.


    What you’ll do:


    • Develop strong strategic direction and recommendations.
    • Uncover, analyse and articulate fresh, inspiring insights.
    • Present strategy that is unexpected and provides creative opportunity, while answering our clients’ business goals.
    • Understand key consumer behaviours, client business, culture, digital technology, and emerging trends.
    • Compile and conduct research for client teams, including competitive data, emerging opportunities, ethnography studies, and consumer insights.
    • Write clear, compelling creative briefs and deliver inspiring briefings.
    • Work hand-in-hand with creative teams to develop work that is on-strategy.
    • Partner with internal and external teams to make the best work possible.
    • Focus, influence and help more junior strategists to grow their strengths and overcome their weaknesses – be a leader and a mentor.
    • Contribute to the development of award-winning creative work, innovative digital and effectiveness.
