The role of Project Manager must also work closely with all departments such as Creative, Strategy, Client Services etc. As such the candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills to mentor and manage other people in the business to achieve the successful delivery of projects.
Whilst we obviously need solid skills and experience in project management fundamentals, we also look for an appreciation and understanding of the creative process, social media and technology - as well as people skills. Both hard core tech and creative opportunities mean that Project Managers are exposed to far more variety than they would be in a small company so previous big agency experience is a must, and we are looking for comms and big build people as well as all rounders.
Experience with integrated projects and other mediums is not a must but a definite advantage.
