    We rely on you to...

    This is a great opportunity to join a great Talent Acquisition team of 5. You will be working closely with your Talent Acquisition Partner. You will help them with all things recruitment.

    This will include:

    You will be responsible for helping them source and generate candidate pipelines across creative, account management, strategy and social. We want you to put your hand up to join in on meetings where hiring discussions are happening to gain a better understanding of required talent pool and to collaborate on effective sourcing strategies.

    You will be admin king or queen of our team, responsible for writing copy and posting all role adverts on our advertising platforms, including Linkedin, Reed, Campaign etc. You will also own our careers portal, making sure all roles are posted.We would also love you to get involved with our social media channels and spread the word of our roles on those.

    We have lots of interviews happening all through the week, and you will be responsible for making sure these are scheduled efficiently and meeting rooms are booked. As well as all this you will also get involved in maintaining the recruitment database, getting CVs ready for hiring managers and greeting candidates on arrival. You will also have some candidate interaction and will be responsible for providing feedback to candidates.
