    • Co-ordinate and manage the production calendar, ensuring that all shoots remain on time and within budget
    • Facilitate the creative development process and drive the production process, liaising closely with discipline specific producers/3rd
    • Working with the client and specialist producers to devise the production strategy and approach, assessing and allocating the working budgets (by channel).
    • Monitor and manage all production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all the details, as well as managing the brand look and feel
    • Ensure that budgets are aligned to the production strategy, and that changes are agreed and shared with all key parties, leading the discussion to resolve any challenges / conflicts.
    • Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling and planning to ensure the smooth running of shoots and videos across all platforms
    • Liaise directly with client procurement and establish a solid working relationship
    • Attend & oversee relevant client production-related meetings
    • Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules
    • Conduct meetings with stakeholders and marketing teams to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained
    • Performing administrative duties such as preparing reports and distributing call sheets
    • Obtain and distribute products and equipment needed to complete productions
    • Negotiate contracts and negotiate with all parties who will handling and involved in productions
    • Organisation of asset sign-off & relevant meetings, as and when required


    • Where necessary, give creative help and guidance from a production standpoint



    • Proven experience of shoot production – Print, e-commerce and Web.
    • Well-connected with proven experience of influencing a wide range of stakeholders
    • Proven experience of production on high-budget campaigns, working alongside external production companies
    • Proven experience of independently producing smaller scale photo shoots
    • Passionate, enthusiastic, with a creative eye and great organisational skills
    • Influencer, the person who the team gravitates to.
    • Solutions orientated, real ‘can do’
