    We need someone to lead and partner with our senior clients to ensure mutual value and success. The successful candidate will need a strong

    understanding of integrated marketing, transformative public relations, influencer relations and social media. The role requires strong relevant experience, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a proven ability to lead multiple complex projects.

    We rely on you to...

    • Act as the senior lead, driving the day to day management and overall strategic direction of the brand

    • Manage the team and be most senior channel point of escalation on this brand

    • Overall responsibility for the account, team, profitability, client relationships and development opportunities. Is fully responsible for the servicing and delivery of client requirements.

    • Fully agile & collaborative with ability to work on multiple campaigns or business flows

    • Actively contribute to brand planning: strategic and creative development and budgets, drawing upon skills and expertise of the wider Ogilvy business (creative, strategy, PMO) as required

    • Fully able to drop in to new situations with new brands / clients and fully adapt to those new requirements and take on an immediate leadership role

    • Continually and proactively looking for new incremental/oos/cross-sell opportunities to increase the scope of work

    • Leads by example, mentors, motivates and inspires teams. Proactively ensures all team members are receiving regular

    reviews and continuous feedback both in terms of the formal system and on a day-to-day basis.

    • Builds and develops a coaching culture with the team, encouraging an environment of continual learning and

    development

    • Escalation point for any commercial issues with the account as a whole. Good knowledge of account commercials

    (profitability, contribution margin etc) and the balance between resource and new business on the account

    • A complete understanding of the team commercials (retainer, fees etc.) Constant demonstration of developing financial

    success of the brand, finding new ways to develop & innovate

    • Lead, grow and develop a community of experts, ensuring constant curiosity & innovation plus industry leadership

     

     

    You are great at...

    Ability to apply specialised expertise in particular subject or functional areas

    • Experienced in leading the strategic thinking on EUR and UK business with the ability to cut through data and strong

    opinions to lead a group to an inspiring strategy

    • Curious about different cultures, the new communications landscape, how communications work, emerging

    technology, innovation etc

    • A thought leader – willing to take the clients to new places

    • Previous Influence experience (ideally)

    • Previous agency experience managing client relationships and advising senior clients

    • Proven ability to develop a detailed plan and drive execution against it

    • Understanding public relations and influencer relations in all of its guises

    • Strong programme, stakeholder and people management skills

    • Ability to write well and develop PowerPoint and other collateral materials

    • Financially and commercial savvy

    • Passionate. Energetic. Strong positive attitude

    • Entrepreneurial and self-starting

    • Creative problem solver

    • Strong presentation skills

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    • Positive, can-do attitude

    • Ability to work under pressure
